We share a hallway with a plastic surgery clinic. That means the answer to "do I actually need surgery for this?" is a conversation, not a referral you wait three months for.

You cannot book a procedure from this website. It is planned with the surgeon who will perform it.

Eyelids, breast, body. It starts with a consultation and an examination, then a written quote, then a date agreed with your surgeon.

What we are useful for
Most clinics sell you the thing they own. We have a device menu and a surgical hallway, which mainly means we can tell you when neither is the answer.

One building, both directions
If a treatment is not going to get you where you want, you can ask a surgeon in the same visit. If surgery is more than you want, the device menu is right here.
Chinese without a translator
Consultation, consent forms, aftercare instructions and the phone call afterwards, all in Mandarin or Cantonese if you prefer.
Before you come
- Write or call and describe what bothers you. You do not need to know the name of a treatment.
- We tell you which of the two clinics at this address it belongs to — sometimes neither.
- Bring a list of what you take, and what has already been done. Older photographs of yourself help more than you would think.

Prices are for a single session at this location. What you actually need is settled at the consultation and given to you in writing before anything is booked. A treatment that needs more than one session will say so there, not afterwards.
One address, two companies
We share 101-1133 Lonsdale Avenue with North Shore Plastic Surgery. That is why the surgical question can be answered in the same visit — and it is also the thing most likely to confuse a bill, so here is the split.

- MMC Wellness North Shore — non-surgical work: skin, body, injectables, IV therapy
- Arranging and coordinating self-pay cosmetic surgery consultations
- Skin preparation before a procedure and scar work after it, in Mandarin or Cantonese
Two separate companies sharing an address. Nothing here should be read as MMC Wellness holding surgical credentials or a hospital appointment — those belong to their surgeons. The full account, including who their surgeons are, is on the partners page.
Who does what, and what they are qualified to do
We are a separate company from the surgical clinic we share an address with. Here is the honest version of who is who.
- MMC Wellness North Shore
- Us. Non-surgical treatments, and coordination of self-pay cosmetic surgery consultations. We are part of MMC Wellness, which has run clinics in Greater Vancouver since 2011.
- North Shore Plastic Surgery
- A separate clinic at the same address. Three plastic surgeons certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, all with appointments at Lions Gate Hospital.
- What insurance covers
- We do self-pay cosmetic work only. Reconstructive and hand surgery covered by MSP is North Shore Plastic Surgery's practice, not ours — ask them directly.
- Consent and records
- Written consent before any procedure, and your record stays with the clinic that treated you. Photographs are only kept or shown with consent you sign separately.

Lonsdale Avenue, a few minutes' walk uphill from Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus. Several bus routes run the length of Lonsdale.
Before you get in touch
Do I need a referral?
No, not for anything on this site. Everything we do is self-pay. If what you need turns out to be insured surgery, that is North Shore Plastic Surgery's practice and you would go through the usual referral route with them.
Why can I book Ultherapy online but not surgery?
Because in British Columbia a procedure is planned with the surgeon who will perform it. A web form cannot examine you, and a date agreed before an examination is a date that moves.
Is this the same clinic as North Shore Plastic Surgery?
No. Two companies, one address. We refer to each other because it is useful for patients, not because we are one business. Your invoice, your consent form and your record come from whichever of us treated you.
What does a consultation cost?
Nothing for non-surgical treatments. Surgical consultations carry a fee that is credited against the procedure if you go ahead — you will be told the amount before you book, never after.
Do you speak Chinese?
Yes. Mandarin and Cantonese, for the consultation and everything after it. Consent forms and aftercare instructions are available in Chinese.
