Lonsdale Avenue, a few minutes' walk uphill from Lonsdale Quay and the SeaBus. Several bus routes run the length of Lonsdale.

Street parking on Lonsdale and the side streets. Allow a little longer at midday.

How quickly do you reply?

Within one business day. If it reads like something urgent or clinical, we call rather than email.

Can I write in Chinese?

Yes. Someone who speaks Mandarin and Cantonese reads these, and you will be answered in the language you wrote in.

What should I include?

What bothers you, roughly how long it has, and anything you have already had done. You do not need to know the name of a treatment — working that out is our job.

Will you put me on a mailing list?

No. We answer your question and that is the end of it unless you ask for something else.
